In line with the FCA guidance on the treatment of customers finding themselves in financial difficulty due to the current situation, we are able to offer customers with forbearance options to help them through this difficult period. You can find detailed information about the FCA’s temporary financial relief for those affected by coronavirus here.
Capquest operates as a debt collections agency, managing outstanding financial commitments on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to understand the individual needs of our customers, finding the most suitable solution for the repayment of their outstanding debt(s). As your credit agreement has been previously terminated, your payments are informal, and we are able to agree them based on your affordability. This means, that we are able to be flexible around your circumstances and if you have been affected by coronavirus, we can agree informal payment holidays or repayments in line with what is affordable to you.
If you have been impacted by coronavirus, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a solution suitable to your current circumstances.
Please note that having implemented extra safety precautions across the operation (including the move to home working for our employees) we are still able to manage all post and correspond with customers as normal.
